Brain working recursive therapy (BWRT) is a new and advanced model of psychology and psychopathology which embraces the latest thinking on neuroscience and psychological health. BWRT was created by UK professional therapist Terrance Watts, MCGT. This therapy is not hypnosis and nor does it use any concepts that maybe considered mythical or unscientific. BWRT is completely logical, practical and down to earth.

The great thing about BWRT is that it is largely content free and is very fast working unlike many other therapies. There is no other therapy like BWRT its totally unique and works with a different part of the brain to any other therapy. As a BWRT practitioner all I need to know for this therapy to be successful is what the problem is that you want to change and how you want to feel instead. Often one or two sessions is sufficient to create the desired changes.

BWRT works with the earliest part of the brain known as the reptilian complex which is before any emotional responses come into things. The therapy simply works by changing undesirable neural pathway patterns (your problem) that the brain has created. We get the brain to freeze the troubling thoughts and then employ a technique called "recursive looping" which conditions the brain to how it responds to triggers creating much more desirable thought patterns.

BWRT is suitable for anyone, adults and children and can deal with a number of different problems. The therapy is simple and very effective without the need of many repeated long sessions like many other forms of therapy. The added bonus of this of course is that it makes the therapy very cost effective as often only one or two sessions are required to create the desired changes.
